Shipping Information

Shabby Apple orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. will arrive within six to ten business days of your purchase.  International shipments take about 10-14 days but may take longer depending on customs. Shabby Apple orders shipped via expedited shipping will arrive within one to three business days of your purchase.To track your shipment, visit the USPS web site by clicking here. IMPORTANT NOTES:

Purchases that include Vignettes, shoe and bags, jewelry and hair accessories cannot be expedited or shipped internationally.

If you happen to place an order with the wrong dress/wrong size/wrong shipping option, or if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@shabbyapple.com. We will do all we can to help you out; however, our order load is very high. and we may not be able to accommodate every request. If your original order should still ship, you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order.

Please be advised that if you place an international order, you will be responsible for paying all customs fees through your customs office. Customs fees vary per country. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Some countries have very strict weight requirements and not all countries offer tracking information. Please note that Shabby Apple assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of country. International customers purchase at their own risk.
