Return Policy

Shabby Apple guarantees its clothing, shoes and accessories to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days upon receipt as long as the customer adheres to Shabby Apple's care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days.

 

Sale items are exchange only.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, Shabby Apple will gladly refund you for the entire return shipping fee and will gladly ship another item out to you for free. In addition, because we understand that shipping anything is an inconvenience, Shabby Apple will also provide a gift with all exchanged items. If you wish to return a product, Shabby Apple will gladly refund your money (minus shipping) immediately.

 

Items purchased over 30 days prior are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Shabby Apple will return any items that have exceeded this time limitation and no exchange or refund will be given.

 

To return an item, first fill out a return form (click here for PDF return form). Mail your item and return form to: 2485 Haven Lane, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117. Your money will be recredited. Please email us at returns@shabbyapple.com with questions.
