FREE Shipping on Returns and Exchanges!
Shabby Apple hopes its customers develop long, happy relationships with each of their Shabby Apple purchases! If, however, you determine you are just not that into your new purchase, or wish you had made a different choice, Shabby Apple has a returns policy for you. Shipping is FREE on returns and exchanges.
30 Day Return/Exchange Policy:
Shabby Apple guarantees its clothing, shoes and accessories to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days upon receipt as long as the customer adheres to Shabby Apple's care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you immediately. And did we mention, return and exchange shipping is FREE?
RETURNS: Shabby Apple clothing that is unwashed and unworn may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund in the form of original payment (minus original shipping costs.) Returns and exchanges are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below.
EXCHANGES: Shabby Apple clothing that is unwashed and unworn may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another Shabby Apple product. Customers will receive a partial refund if they exchange an item for a less expensive item. If customers exchange for a more expensive item, they will receive a credit in the amount of the price of the originally purchased item and will be charged for the difference. Returns and exchanges are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below.
Limits on Return/Exchanges
* 30 DAYS. No returns or exchanges more than 30 days after purchase.
* All SALE/Practically Perfect items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
* GREEN LEAF items are exchange only.
* SHOE returns must include all original packaging to receive a refund. Shoe boxes that are damaged in any way will only be given store credit. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
* Exchanges. No more than three exchanges will be allowed on any purchase. Carrying over discounts apply to this rule.
* Mail Only. Shipping on returns and exchanges by USPS is free. Shabby Apple accepts orders, returns, and exchanges ONLY through the mail. No in-person transactions will be accepted.
* Washed or Worn Items. Items returned after they have been washed, worn or stained will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For Free Shipping on Returns & Exchanges
Just go to the link below and print out a free USPS mailing label with tracking, attach it to your favorite priority mail packing (do not use express mail packing), and drop it at your nearest friendly post office. Don't forget to include a filled out return form which you can download below.

You can contact us by phone, email or live chat and we'd be happy to help you place a new order with your preferred payment method and give you free shipping to boot! While you wait for your new dress to arrive, please fill out a return form, print off a free return label and send your items on their merry way back to us!
For Other Shipping Methods
If you prefer to pay to ship by another method, please mail your item with the return form to the address below. We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or US Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Items sent but not received by Shabby Apple will NOT receive credit for the return.
