Return/Exchange Policy
Shabby Apple guarantees its clothing, shoes and accessories to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days upon receipt as long as the customer adheres to Shabby Apple's care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you immediately.
*Green Leaf items are exchange only. All SALE items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Shoe returns must include all original packaging to receive a refund. Shoe boxes that are damaged in any way will only be given store credit. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
At this time Shabby Apple accepts orders, returns, and exchanges ONLY through the mail.
No in-person transactions will be accepted.
If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order, please ship your item(s) back to us via your preferred shipping method. **
RETURNS: Shabby Apple will gladly refund your money (minus shipping) immediately. Your money will be refunded in the form of original payment. Please note that all returns are subject to our 30 day policy.
EXCHANGES: Shabby Apple will gladly ship your next dress to you for free via standard shipping (limit four exchanges, U.S. only). To receive free shipping, exchanges must be noted on original return form. Please note that all exchanges are subject to our 30 day policy.
If you have not received an email confirmation regarding your return or exchange after 10 days, please contact us, as your email may have been sent to a spam folder.
All orders (including pre-ordered items) have a 30 day return time from the date the item was delivered. Items postmarked by this date are eligible for return or exchange (excludes final sale items).
Items purchased over 30 days prior are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Shabby Apple will return any items that have exceeded this time limitation and no exchange or refund will be given.

**We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or US Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Items sent but not received by Shabby Apple will NOT receive credit for the return.
