Frequently Asked Questions

Q) Do you have a brick and mortar store where I can try on your dresses?

A) We do not have a store location, but we offer free shipping on exchanges (visit the Returns section for details). 

Q) I live near your SLC address. Can I just pick up my order or drop off my return to save on shipping?

A) Unfortunately, all orders/returns/exchanges need to be done via mail. For a return/exchange form, please click here.

Q)I’m in love with one of your dresses, but it says my size isn’t available. When will you be getting more?

A) Generally, what you see listed on our site is what we have in stock. We do have a few personal favorites in our collection that will be remade and this will be noted on the individual product pages on our website. 

Q) I’m confused about which size to order because my measurements are in between sizes on your chart. Any suggestions?

A) A good rule of thumb if you are in between sizes is to go with the larger size in anything that is cotton. For our knit and poly/lycra dresses, you can probably get away with ordering the smaller size. Just remember to check if the dress fits snugly, true to size or generously before you start ordering.

Q) Does Shabby Apple still do trunkshows?

A) We discontinued our trunk show program last fall and won’t be starting it up again.

Q) I’m looking for a cool job/would make a great intern/would love to model. Where can I send my resume or profile?



Q) How long will it take to ship my order if I order today?

A) For all shipping questions, prices and times, please read our shipping page.


Q) Why do you need my credit card information again for my exchange?

A) We don't keep your credit card information on file, so we need that information to process the exchange.


Q) Your Shabby Soiree dresses, bridesmaid dresses and sale dresses say exchange only.  Can I exchange it for something else or can I only exchange for a different size?

A) Exchanges apply to anything on Shabby Apple's website. If the exchange is for something of lesser value, we will issue store credit for the remaining balance.


Q) How long after I make the exchange do I have to decide on the dress?

A) Exchanges are only valid 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Q) I accidentally ordered the wrong dress/wrong size/wrong shipping.  Can my order be changed?

A) We do our best to help out in these situations; however, our order load is very high.  If the dress you originally ordered should still ship out, you can exchange it for the correct size or put through a new order. If you need to cancel an order or change shipping options, we'll do what we can to get you squared away.  However, you are responsible for what you order if it should happen to ship out before we can make the changes.
