White striped faux-wrap dress.  Two pockets on chest.  Large shirt collar.   Tie threads through hole at waist, cinches waistline and ties in a large bow.  Skirt has no opening and has five inset panels to make a full swing skirt.  White stretch cotton poplin with multi-colored stripes.   Machine washable.
