Shirt-collar dress with large sash.  Sash hits just below bust, threads through dress and ties in front with a large bow.  Full skirt hits at knee.  Fabric cross high on chest.  Roomy side pockets.  Cotton poplin with spandex for stretch.  Comes in Cherry Red and Apple Green.  Cherry red dress has red, white and blue sash.  Machine washable.
