This ruffled-skirt dress has a fitted top and cap sleeves. The dress's bodice has two princess seams, front and back and a drop waist. The skirt has four ruffles that start at the hips and hit just below the knee. The dress has a side zipper and a lined skirt. 

 

The dress is midnight blue with a cotton/spandex fabric blend. 

 

To care for this dress, machine wash in cold on the delicate cycle or hand wash.  Line dry.
