 This dress was way cute! the silk fabric lies wonderfully on the body. I love the long sleeves as well. The sash is great to cinch in the waste! Overall: AMAZING!

 Cute dress but overall fit could be improved. The bust dart seems a little high for where the dress fits, additionally the tie is a little low so I would recommend the dress for someone with a longer torso. The shoulder accents do create the illusion of a strong stronger typical of the era and does create more balance. There is enough room for a fuller bust in the top which is nice.

 I would give this dress a 3.5 stars, not three. It's way better than a 3 but not quiet a 4. With Shabby Apple, it's hit or miss: I'm never crazy about the actual MATERIAL they use, but the style is always pleasant. This dress was the opposite. It's a really nice material (I think it might be silk or something that feels like is), and the color is a nice, rich hue. The style is different. I think I need to play with it a little, but I think it'll be alright. I often have issues with the skirt of my dresses fitting a little tighter than my top, and this dress is the same problem. Fit across my bust just fine; but the hips fit funny.
