 Id say the description is 100% accurate... a little snug in the bust/arm/armpit Im 5'4 and had to return it for an XXS, it falls right below the knee making it a very attractive choice for work dinners/events.

 The only negative that I would have about this dress is that the collar in the front of the dress is a little tight. You wont choke out or anything, but just a heads up. Otherwise the fit is great and I love where the dress falls right above the knee (I'm 5'9 & ordered a small)

 I like this dress. It's tight around the shoulders and arms because of the collar. But I love the design of the collar so I don't mind it too much. It looks great with a pair of nude platform pumps. I'm 5'0 and ordered an XS, I probably could of gotten away with an XXS but it stills fits pretty well.
