This is a great dress for work! I get multiple complements every time I wear it. I did slightly alter the dress though and changed the buttons on the arms. Overall, would highly recommend this dress.

I always buy the XXS in "Fits Generously." However; I found this dress to be VERY snug fitting in the lower body and yet, it fit great in the upper body. I did exchanged it for an XS. Now the dress fits perfect in the lower body but, it is very loose in the upper body and the fold opens up. I am sure this is due to my small bust. I now have to get the top tailored and have it sewn shut so it won't flop open.

Lovely dress but to me it seemed somewhat misproportioned. I thougt my measurements of 35/27/38 should be more or less average but in the fit of a size small the shoulders and chest were very tight, the waist was very baggy and the hip area was just about right. (The length on my frame of 5'11 came to just the top of my knee.) That's on me, maybe it'll be perfect on you! But it just seemed to lack the curve and structure that compliments our bodies as women. Just seemed square.
