This dress is beautiful in person. The fabric and sewing look perfect and luxurious, but it is not fully lined. The sleeves and button placket on the front both leave the wool in contact with your skin. The fit seemed a bit generous to me (much looser on me than the other "fits generously" dresses I have from here). I may ask my tailor if she can line those areas so I don't have to return it (I have a skin allergy to wool). I'm 5'3" and 115lbs and got an XS which seemed perfect.

I LOVE this dress. I want to wear it and own it. BUT, I am normally a size 8 - 10 and I ordered a medium and while the legs and waist fit perfectly, the top was HUGE. The neck was stiff and awkward. I am sooooo disappointed. I honestly love this dress. If they had a small in stock, I would totally order it.

I agree with the first reviewer that this dress fits more "True to size" than generously. I ordered a M, which fit my size according to the "Fit Guide" and it's just a bit more snug than I hoped. But I'm going to keep it in this size anyway. It's not so tight that it's uncomfortable. Plus, I still have some post baby fluff that I'm working on losing so it will fit looser hopefully soon! :) One other thing is that the pictures make the dress look longer than it actually is on me. It hits right at my knee when I stand and slides up a little when I sit. Just a tad too short for me. BUT...I'm again going to keep it and am thinking about either adding lace to the bottom of buying a slip that has lace to lengthen it a bit. It is very well made; nice and thick. Glad it is completely lined because the wool would be itchy if it wasn't!

Very well made dress. Definitely for the fall. I found that it runs true to size and doesn't fit generously. Normally a size 8 so I ordered the small. It was too small. Maybe I'm just bigger than I think. Had to return but very cute
