Dress also flaunts puffed sleeves that end, cuffed, just above the elbow and scrunched femme pockets. Full skirt hits just below the knee for full coverage and a very chic tie finishes off this dress that is perfect for any occasion!
 
Dress is made from cotton poplin with spandex for stretch. 
 
To care for this dress, machine wash cold, in the delicate cycle.  Lay dress flat to dry.
