 This is a great skirt - but it's hard to ever go wrong with black and white polka dots. It sits a little low on me for a high-waisted skirt; a size smaller would make it sit higher on my waist. I get compliments on it whenever I wear it. I gave it 4 stars because it's unlined and made of thin material. But that doesn't detract from it's wearablility.
