 This dress is feminine, lovely, and impeccably tailored. I was apprehensive that the ruffled collar might make me look like a linebacker, but that's not the case at all. It's adds a delicate touch accentuates my neckline beautifully. I was also concerned that because the dress is fitted, it would highlight my tummy area, but it's got a great balance of being snug without being tight. The lace is very forgiving and flattering! I'm 5'8", 140 lbs and size 8 was perfect. I added a silk ribbon belt and it topped off the look marvelously! Love.

 The dress fit me exactly like it did on the model. I'm 5'5" and 115 lbs, and it fit perfect. But I'm returning it for two reasons. First, it fits too high up against my neck in the front which feels uncomfortable. Second, although it is cotton which I LOVE, it felt a little heavy and not as glamorous as the pics.

 I was SO sad this dress did not work out for me. I am 5'9" and about 180lbs, with a full bust, hips, and bum :), and a defined waist. The dress itself is GORGEOUS. The picture makes it look navy, but it's definitely black (as described). The model must be a lot shorter than I am because the hem also hit me about 3 inches above the knee (I'm guessing because of my curves). Even if I ordered a size up there is no way it would've been long enough. Though all of my other Shabby Apple items fit me perfect in a M or 10/12, the 10/12 I ordered was tight on me. Sadly, if you're tall and curvy, this dress might not be the best for you.

 I absolutely LOVED this dress on. I am 5'9" 130 lbs and ordered a 4. Unfortunately, it was too short. It came about 3 inches above my knee and when I bent over the dress came up quite a bit in the back. I had to return the dress. If only they could make it a little longer I would have kept in a heart beat!!
