I've worn this skirt twice and received tons of compliments on it. It fits me well, though it has very little give so be aware of that before you buy it. I purchased a 10/12, and that's normally the size I am at stores like Gap or Banana Republic so I was excited that the sizing was uniform. I echo the sentiment about the bow being floppy, but someone with minimal sewing skills should be able to tack it down. I had a friend do that for me. I enjoy that it is poofy, but if you're looking for something more sleek or form fitting this isn't your skirt.

When I look in the mirror, the cuteness of the skirt itself is a 5. However, 2 gripes with it. It is NOT ivory at all. Its a light caramely, gold color. Still super cute but this is the 2nd SA apple item I've ordered and the color was completely different than the image/description. Secondly, I got this dress on sale so I'm ok with the quality to price ratio, however, it is unlined so I think if I would have paid full price I would have been a little disappointed with quallity. That said, its still a keeper and really cute with black tights for the holidays.

This is a cute skirt, but the bow is floppy, it needs to be sewn down. Also, the skirt is darker than what it looks in the picture. It is more gold than ivory.

I was so excited for this skirt, but when I got it I was disappointed. It's less ivory and more gold, and the bow at the waistline secured only in the middle and flops around. I also need to learn that party skirts don't work on me... they make me look like I've got hips for miles. It's a beautiful garment, but doesn't work on me.

I'm now convinced that the taffeta items in this line run big. Ordered the usual size 6 and the skirt was *huge* on me. I looked like a little girl playing dress-up. Way too poofy. The fabric did not have any flow. Just stuck out! Back this went!
