 I've been wanting to buy a Shabby Apple dress for a while but I never got around to it. Today though I found one in a thrift store and I was ecstatic. I bought it of course and it's beautiful. It fits like a dream.

 I would say that the photos do not do this dress justice. It is well made and the fabric feels as if it has some substance to it. I usually wear a 4 or 6. Size 8 fit perfectly in this dress-top to bottom.

 Good gracious, do I ever love this dress! Please invite me to your tea party so I can wear it more! The fit is definitely fitted, but there is enough stretch to move and dance, which if you happen to be doing in this dress, the ruffle at the bottom looks amazing. The detail at the neckline is just enough to make the dress look sophisticated. Highly recommend it.

 I'm in love with this beautiful dress! It looks exactly as it does in the photos, so I'm thrilled and can't wait to wear it. I'm 5'6" and normally take a 10 or 12, but the 10/12 was too snug in this style--I couldn't quite get the side zipper up. But I was able to exchange it quickly for a 14/16, and that one fits like a glove (with a little breathing room to boot). It looks like it was custom made for me--so flattering! It's a nice, light fabric that will be perfect for the summer weddings I intend to wear it to. I'll be buying from Shabby Apple again.
