Skirt made of cotton poplin with a acetate circle overlay.  Do not iron.

 This skirt is a beautiful blue color, very cute and fun. The sizing though is completely off. I ordered a 14/16 but the skirt I received has more of the hip and waist measurements of a skirt on the sizing chart 10/12. If you have a pear or an apple shape, I'd highly recommend ordering up one size. Sadly, this is being returned.

 very pretty but unusual sizing and a vey high waste. Had to go back. Would have had to fold down the high waste and or have it taylored. i ordered a 14/16....just not good

 This skirt's sizing is VERY small. I ordered the 14/16 and it was difficult to zipper (I am usually a 12/14 in skirts, but I couldn't get this to fit). It was also entirely too long - in order to have it hit just below my knee (as it does on the model), I had to pull it up directly under my bra line. The circles also seemed like they'd be a hassle to iron/keep clean, so this will be returned.
