Shirking the circle skirts and fussy petticoats of the preceding decades, the little black dress emerged from the modern era in a sleek new silhouette—one that was feminine and form-fitting, high-necked and falling just below the knee. Embracing that sophistication, we created the Beguine #32, a sumptuous sheath made of a double-knit wool blend and lined in habotai silk. Look just past the perfectly tailored silhouette, with its feminine flared hips and tapered elbow-length sleeves, to the hemline—rimmed with real black crow feathers, it flutters with an iridescent sheen as you flit and flirt your way through the crowd.
