I am really into navy so I really love this dress. I also and pretty curvy and found that if you tie the belt higher, it makes the dress more flattering. The fabric is thicker than I expected, but perfect for a spring wedding. It was a tad long for me (I'm 5'5") so I had to get it hemmed.

When I first tried on this dress, I was a bit skeptical. The color and pleating are both gorgeous, but I wasn't quite sure about the fit. Then I paired it with a wider brown belt, and it was magically transformed into something much more flattering. I could see the thinner sash provided being sufficient for someone with less curves, but I am curvy enough that I need to accentuate my waist more, and the wider belt did just that. The dress was a bit long, but I am only 5'2". I ordered a small, which fit well, and normally wear a size 6 or 8 at most stores.

It is impossible to see what this dress looks like from the picture. I took a chance and wished I hadn't. The only thing that didn't surprise me was the color. The fabric is really thick so that it hangs weird in the bust and at the hips. I have 3 other SA dresses that I really love, but am not sure if I will ever wear this one unless I have it altered.
